Welcome to Axiobyte Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Axiobyte Studio (managed by individual designer/developer) regarding our creative digital services, web engineering, UI/UX, and brand design.
We provide custom design, software engineering, digital strategy, brand design, and identity development services. The specific scope, milestones, deliverables, and fees for any project will be detailed in an independent, mutually agreed written collaboration agreement or contract.
Unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement:
Project fee structures are defined in each contract. Payments are typically split into milestones (e.g., upfront deposit, final delivery). Late payments may result in immediate suspension of services and withholding of project assets.
Our standard process includes structured revision cycles detailed in the project contract. Requests for changes outside the agreed scope or after milestones have been formally approved will be subject to additional fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiobyte Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our digital platforms or services.
These Terms and any project collaboration agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
